Research Interest Areas

Research projects available to REU applicants have been grouped into six interdisciplinary (and overlappping) interest areas. Clicking on each button below will open up the list of relevant projects. When completing the program application, you will be asked to identify the two research areas that are of greatest interest to you. You may use your essay to indicate any specific project(s) within each area that you find particularly intriguing.
